Shipping & Return Policies
TITAN is committed to making sure your items arrive safely and on schedule. We ship our products through FedEx Ground and when applicable, the USPS. If there are specific needs for rush or overnight shipping, we will work with our customers to provide a seamless experience.
- Our standard product sizes usually ship in 7 to 10 business days from when order was placed.
- Custom "Build Your Own" items usually ship in 10 to 14 business days from when order was placed.
- "Build Your Own" items with custom engravings may add to lead time.
- We currently only ship items to the United States.
- Lead times and shipping dates are subject to change based on availability.
- Please inspect all items for damages and issues once you receive your TITAN product.
DAMAGED ITEMS, REPLACEMENTS & RETURNS
TITAN strives to make sure our shipments are packed securely so that your items can arrive safely and without incident. We understand that no one is perfect and sometimes accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged due to a shipping error, TITAN will replace all items that were damaged while in transit. Please follow these guidelines if you find yourself with a damaged TITAN product:
- Please document and photograph any damage to your package. This will be used to make sure we are able to file a claim with our shipping carrier. We insure all of our items when they leave our warehouse.
- For your convenience, we will supply you with a prepaid pre-paid shipping label. Please ship damaged item(s) back to us in its original packaging and then drop off at your nearest FedEx shipping location.
- All replacement items will be processed within 30 days of when TITAN receives damaged items.
- Ultimately, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you must contact our support team within 15 days from when the item(s) were delivered.
